Our Story
After struggling with heavy, damaging lash extensions, Alena, sought a better approach.
In 2018, Alena trained in advanced Japanese techniques creating natural-looking, weightless, and long-lasting extensions, perfecting her skills in some of London’s top salons.
Recognising the demand for high-quality, home eyelash services, she launched Feather to offer elegant, natural lash extensions that enhance beauty without compromising lash health, in the comfort of your own home.

Japanese Featherlike 2D

These ultra-lightweight extensions feature two delicate lashes expertly wrapped around your natural lash for a secure bond.

Non-damaging
Removal £35
We offer a non-damaging removal service for feather clients that would like to remove eyelash extensions for upcoming surgeries or if you have extensions on from another salon.
Rebalances are what we advise to scheduled after your initial new set of extensions. Rebalances are scheduled either 5 or 6 weeks from the day of your appointment depending on your treatment.

Where is the Salon located?We are a mobile-only service, specialising in premium bespoke eyelash extension treatments right to your door step, available exclusively in London TFL Zones 1 & 2.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at hellofeatherlashes@gmail.com 48-Hour Notice: Deposits are fully refundable if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable, without exception. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best service to all our clients.

Late ArrivalsWe always try our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment. However, please note that this will result in less eyelash coverage due to time constraints. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled, resulting in your deposit being lost. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to giving you the full feather Lashes experience.

Refund PolicyAt feather lashes, we are committed to excellence. All treatments are performed by a qualified lash artist, starting with a personalised consultation to align on your expectations. If you're not fully satisfied with your results, please inform us immediately and follow up with an email on the same day outlining any adjustments you'd like. While our treatments are non-refundable, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate adjustments on or after (up to 3 days) from your initial treatment.

Will a patch test be required?A patch test is not required for your first treatment, as it is not an accurate indicator of allergic reactions in this treatment. If you’ve had a previous allergic reaction to eyelash adhesives, please let us know. The reaction is likely to recur, possibly with increased severity, and we recommend not proceeding with the treatment. Please note that the triggering ingredient is the same in all adhesives, so reactions are not brand or salon-specific.
