For those who prefer an in-salon experience, treatments with Alena are available at NAMU HOUSE, a boutique salon in the heart of Fitzrovia, London, renowned for its team of dedicated specialists.

Appointments are booked and managed through NAMU HOUSE’s booking system & team.

We also offer a premium home service available exclusively within London TFL Zones 1 & 2. , allowing clients to enjoy treatments in the comfort of their own home. To book a home visit, please email hellofeatherlashes@gmail.com

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must give 48 hours notice prior to your treatment.

• 48-Hour Notice: Deposits are fully refundable if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable, without exception.

Late Arrivals

We always try our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment. However, please note that this will result in less eyelash coverage due to time constraints.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will unfortunately be cancelled, resulting in your deposit being lost.

Refund Policy

At feather lashes, we are committed to excellence.  All treatments are performed by a qualified lash artist, starting with a personalised consultation to align on your expectations.

If you're not fully satisfied with your results, please inform us immediately and follow up with an email on the same day outlining any adjustments you'd like.

Question 6

Will a patch test be required?

Accepted Answer

A patch test is not required for your first treatment, as it is not an accurate indicator of allergic reactions in this treatment.

If you’ve had a previous allergic reaction to eyelash adhesives, please let us know. The reaction is likely to recur, possibly with increased severity, and we recommend not proceeding with the treatment.

Please note that the triggering ingredient is the same in all adhesives, so reactions are not brand or salon-specific.
